Google AdSense Introduced 970 x 90 Large Leaderboard Unit

Recently Google AdSense team came up with the 300 x 600 ad unit making advertising a premium thing, well today they have announced another [970 x 90] Horizontal Large Leaderboard Unit, that will allow anyone to display their ads on wide range. Well they already have a [728 x 90] version that we are using in our header but this new one can be used as full header unit for more clicks and impressions.

Just click on the above image to see the original size of this unit, well currently they have text ads enabled for this unit as it's a new one and advertiser will take some time to submit their images to be displayed in this format.

Well overall I thing it's a good size that good obviously fit in place and get max clicks and impressions, So if you think you have a place to fit this ad unit in well you can opt this one from your New Ad Unit option. So now remember you still have that 3 ad unit per page limitation, so you would not be able to use this ad unit as a 4th one but you can replace an older ad unit with this new one. So just visit your AdSense account and under My Ads create a new 970 x 90 ad unit and copy the code to your website that it, hope you enjoy this new update from AdSense.
