2. Now you will see simple fields where you need to fill all the required information like your name, email, adsense publisher or not.
3. Now you need to add the link to rules violating url, you can mention a website or just a straight link to the post.
4. Now you need to select the category in which that violating website falls, you can read all and than mention ones you think it falls in.
5. That’s it after filling all the fields just click on Submit.

Now you do not need to worry about the privacy, google does not display any information regarding reporter to AdSense publisher so guy will never know who reported his website.
